Troubleshooting
Quick answers when the extension is not doing what you expect.
The Account page says "Installed but disconnected"
The extension is installed but has no token for the account you are signed in to. Press Connect This Browser on the card. If that does not help, reload the Lark tab; the connection is made when a Lark page loads.
Pressing Save opened a login tab
You were signed out of Lark in this browser. Sign in on that tab and the save you started finishes on its own, then you are sent back to the original tab. If more than ten minutes pass before you sign in, the pending save is dropped and you can simply save the page again.
The panel is stuck on "Still processing"
Lark reads and summarises every saved page in the background, and some pages take longer than the panel waits. The link has been saved; follow the view on Lark link, or open your inbox, and the summary appears when it is ready.
The icon does not pulse on a site I know has a feed
The extension only finds feeds the page itself announces or links to. Some sites keep their feed address on a separate page. Open that page, or add the feed by its address from the web app.
Read later is missing on a page
Read later only appears on pages that look like a single article. Home pages, listings, and web apps do not qualify. You can still save any page with Save.
I signed out of Lark but the extension still works
That is expected: signing out of the website does not revoke the extension's token. To disconnect it, press Disconnect on the Browser extension card of your Account page.
The extension stopped working after a couple of weeks away
The connection expires after 14 days without activity. Open Lark and sign in, or press Save on any page and follow the login prompt, and it reconnects.
