Extension connection
See whether the browser extension is connected and disconnect it if you need to.
The Account page has a Browser extension card that reflects the browser you are using right now. It reads Not installed, Installed but disconnected, or Connected with the extension version, and it is where you press Connect This Browser or Disconnect.
